All About Jason

Jason knew he wanted to help people long before becoming a therapist. Therapy had always been a quiet dream—tucked in the back of his mind—but when the world turned upside down during COVID, he finally had the chance to bring it to life.

He started his Air Force career as an E3 ground equipment mechanic. Those early years gave him time to think deeply about what mattered to him, what he’d change if he could, and how he might one day help others navigating hard transitions. After eight years of enlisted service, Jason pursued his Master of Social Work and returned to the Air Force as a mental health officer. It didn’t take long to realize—this was the work he was made for.

Jason served at six different bases and deployed multiple times throughout his career. These experiences, paired with his own childhood as a “military brat,” gave him a firsthand understanding of the stress and strain military families carry. Having lived the roles of both enlisted airman and commissioned officer, and with deep roots in military life through his father and brother, Jason is uniquely equipped to serve those walking similar paths.

After retiring from the military, Jason discovered something invaluable: working from home gave him a front-row seat to daily life with his family. It became clear that meaningful work and meaningful relationships didn’t have to be at odds. This realization helped shape his vision for a practice built on both professional purpose and personal connection.
