Jason Kelley is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), retired Air Force Mental Health Officer, and Gottman Level 3 trained couples therapist. He works with adults and couples navigating relationship strain, burnout, trauma, life transitions, and the pressure of carrying a lot for everyone else.

Before private practice, Jason served in the Air Force in both enlisted and officer roles and later supported quality improvement initiatives for Military OneSource. His background provides both personal and professional insight into military life, high-pressure careers, and relationship strain.


Jason uses structured, evidence-based approaches including Gottman Method Couples Therapy, CPT, PE, CBT-I, and Motivational Interviewing.
